TWW FEBRUARY LETTER

Dear Visitors,

We are delighted to have you over at Time Warp Wives. We thank all for your emails and your many comments!

We are excited to announce our first guy interview with Leonard from South Florida! Find out what his ideal wife would be and his take on Time Warp Wives.

Last month we loved the interview we had with Swedish artist Johanna Öst! You are going to love her stylish photo catalog. If you haven't yet read the true life of Joanne Massey from the documentary Time Warp Wives and our other wonderful interview guests you are welcome to do so at our Interview Page.

The other day we watched on the Oprah Show how some famous and not so famous people turned their passions into fortunes. And what many of Oprah's guest said was that they were not focused on making money, but that they were doing what they liked.

Tony who is the ceo from Zappos, which by the way is one of our favorite internet shoe store, they just carry the best retro inspired shoes ever! Anyhow what Tony mentioned was interesting: "Do what you would be passionate about doing for 10 years, even if you didn't make a single dime during those 10 years, you'll end up happier," he says. "And kind of the ironic thing is if you do what you're passionate about, the money will just naturally follow on its own."

Have you thought about turning your passion into your own business? There are steps that you can follow to be successful. There is a great article at Work.Com in how to turn your hobby into a business that you will find very helpful.

Do you want to enjoy some great music?

The Cicada Club , in Los Angeles is hosting the following retro events:

February 1 - Janet Klein and her Parlor Boys

February 8 - The Rhythm Club All Stars - Night of the Divas

February 15 - Dean Mora and his Orchestra - A Tribute to the Coconut Grove. Don't Miss It! And if you can't make it to the show you can still watch a broadcast of their show live or recorded.

So dear visitors it is always a pleasure having you over. Oh and don't forget to drop a note once in a while we would love to hear from you!

Sincerely,

Your Hostess,

Carmen Johnson
