TWW JUNE LETTER

We are delighted to have you over at Time Warp Wives. We thank all for your emails and your many comments!

Can you believe June is already here? This is the month of weddings, rose scented invitations, red velvet cakes, and new beginnings!

I am so excited to announce my new and improved blog "The Retrochic Corner"! Here you will enter into my world. I am so happy with this new adventure and I can't wait to share with you my passions, goals, and dreams along with inspirations and challenges that makes life colorful, interesting and unexpected!

Are you getting married this month? First, a big congratulations from Time Warp Wives! We wish you and your groom, the best in your wedding day and in your marriage. We can imagine all the preparations that you had to go through to make your day special. Remember, do not stress yourself too much, because that will show in your wedding pictures. And you don't want to end up looking like a "Bridezilla" and end up in that show, right? So take a deep breath, go for a pedicure and enjoy your upcoming day!


And for all of you brides to be, that still have months to prepare for that special day. The Knot, is a great website that offers wedding planning ideas and a host of great local resources, which would help you make your wedding preparation feel like a breeze. Is like having your own personal wedding planner! Isn't that great?


Now after the honeymoon is over and your settling in your new home back from a relaxing weekend in the Bahamas. Come Monday and you realized that you are no longer Miss. Single Sally. Now you are Mrs. Married Jones. Life has drastically changed for you. There are now things that are expected from you besides being a wonderful friend, a good listener and a great dancer. No one told you how much work it is to run this small business: a homemaker. Being a homemaker is rewarding and great. But other times things can get a little bit hectic that you just want to pull your hair and run back to your parents house!


Dear, you don't have to get all terrified with all of your new wifely responsibilities. You want to demonstrate to the world, your husband and yourself that you can run a successful home and to be that wonderful woman that your husband fell in love with. You can make it! And the best part of it, you are not alone."The knot" has a sister website called The Nest. In this website you will find great ideas and resources and even a support system to help you run a successful home! That way you don't have to vent all of your frustrations on the lady at the dry cleaners.


And if a baby is soon on his or her way. There is also The Bump, which is another website that offer help and information for expecting mothers. Now isn't that sweet?
